Use in the evening, on the nights you skip retinol.

Step 1: Cleanse - Massage Milky Miracle over dry skin to dissolve makeup and SPF, then rinse with lukewarm water.

Step 2: Boost - Apply 1-2 pumps of Hydration Hero to clean, damp skin.

Step 3: Protect - Finish with Dewy Dream to lock in the hydration and support your barrier while you sleep.

why this works

Sodium Hyaluronate

The salt form of hyaluronic acid: lighter on the skin and quick to absorb. It binds water and holds it there, which is why Hydration Hero goes on slightly damp skin and gives it something to work with. On a night without actives, this is the step doing most of the work.

Panthenol (Provitamin B5)

Panthenol is what you find in after-sun and aftershave, and it is here for the same reason: it calms skin that has had a rough day and helps it hold on to moisture. That is most of what an off night is for.

Ceramide NP

Ceramide NP appears in two of the three steps here, in Hydration Hero and again in Dewy Dream. It is one of the building blocks of your skin barrier, the layer that keeps moisture in and irritation out. Off nights are when your skin gets the room to rebuild that layer, and this gives it the material to do it with.

As nice and soft as the other ones

Ik vind het de perfecte verzorging voor zomerse dagen. Een luchtige crème die goed hydrateert. Het fijne van de Cicle producten vind ik dat het puur is, alleen de ingrediënten waarvan bewezen is dat ze doen wat ze moeten doen, zitten erin.

What's the difference with The Reset Cicle?

The middle step. Reset has Complexion Care with retinol for the nights you want renewal. Recover swaps that for Hydration Hero, so the middle step is hydration. Same cleanser, same night cream. Plenty of people use both and alternate through the week.

Do I need this if I already use retinol?

That's exactly who it's for. Skin doesn't need an active every night, and the nights in between are when it catches up. This is the routine for those nights, so you're not left improvising or skipping your evening altogether.

My skin is oily. Do I still need a night cream?

Oily skin can be dehydrated at the same time. That combination of visible shine with a tight feeling is usually both at once. Hydration Hero is water-light, and Dewy Dream goes on in a thin layer: one pump, pressed in rather than rubbed around.

Can I use this in the morning too?

Milky Miracle and Hydration Hero both work as a morning routine. Dewy Dream is formulated for the evening, so in the morning swap that last step for an SPF moisturiser.

Who is this for?
